About this event
3 day event on postie bikes to raise money for Mental Health services and Suicide Prevention programs. Departing Hervey Bay Friday 3rd September touring K’Gari and returning to Hervey Bay on the afternoon of 5th September . Motel style accommodation, meals entertainment , mateship and a few days of challenging sand riding.

It will be encouraged that entrant also fund raise a minimum of $300 towards Red Bike Adventures Inc. nominated Charity. Entrants will be sent a receipt book and banking details to help them fundraise for the event.
This can be a cash payment, or you can raise it through sponsorship, donations from family and friends. Donations over $2.00 are tax deductible If it goes through sponsorship Red Bike Adventures will not be responsible for any sponsorship arrangements between individual / teams and organisations. It will be up to the individual/team and the organisation to organise the benefits to one another. In saying that individuals/teams are encouraged to show their sponsors support by displaying stickers and/or signage on their vehicles. If help is needed to do this, please let Red Bike Adventures team know asap.
Red Bike Adventures Inc. cannot issue receipts to your individual sponsors however, depending on your arrangements with your sponsors, if they are organisations, they may be able to claim a deduction for their sponsorship of your team as an advertising or promotional expense. You should encourage your sponsors to consult their tax advisor about this issue prior.
There will be prizes/ awards given to the individual/team who raise the most amount of funds. All Fundraising monies must be deposited no later than Monday 23rd of August into the account specified and all receipt books will be handed in before the ride commences. If any entrant has difficulties in raising this money, contact and the team will advise what we can do to help you achieve this goal. Failure to raise the money will not disqualify the rider from the event, however we have set the dollar expectation very low so this goal can be easily achieved. Red Bike Adventures inc. will be in regular contact with entrants to monitor progression and offer any assistance.
